Control Point Associates is seeking an experienced Receptionist in our Warren, NJ office. Essential Functions:

  • Answer multi-line company wide phone calls and direct to the appropriate parties.
  • Greet visitors and clients assisting them with any questions or requests.
  • Coordinate conference room scheduling, setting up for events including cleaning, ordering food and supplies.
  • Maintain office equipment, requesting service or repairs, contacting building management for any issues, etc.
  • Maintenance of communal areas in corporate HQ location.
  • Sort and distribute mail and FedEx packages.
  • Perform all administrative tasks, i.e. filing, word processing, spreadsheet management, reporting, etc.
  • Use Adobe Acrobat Writer to convert applications and forms to electronic forms, Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Print request management including large format scanning and copying.
  • Assist operations, senior leadership, and all departments as needed.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • At least 1-2 years of high-volume reception experience in a corporate environment.
  • MS Office Suite.
  • Meticulous with the highest attention to detail.
  • A positive can-do attitude and professionalism.
  • Willingness to learn and be part of the land surveying industry.
  • Ability to pivot to changing situations and priorities.
  • Excited to work with a team but also able to excel on your own.
